All Terrain Auto Transport was not my first choice when shipping my vehicle but I'm glad I decided to continue looking. Once I spoke with Brayan Rodriguez from All Terrain Auto Transport I knew I was done looking. He has "GREAT" customer service and definitely deserves a raise. I was looking to ship my vehicle from Oklahoma to Florida on May 23rd, so it would be there by May 28th. I was worried that I would not be able to get my vehicle there on time. Once I spoke to Brayan all May worries were gone. With Brayan's help it arrive sooner than anticipated. My car arrived the day the vehicle was to be shipped out from Oklahoma. Brayan found a driver to pick up the car on Friday, May 20th and it arrived to my house in Florida on May 23rd by 11 a.m. It was delivered a day early. Although the vehicle was picked up at 11 o'clock Friday night because of unforeseen circumstances. The dispatcher for the transport company contacted me in regards to my pick up and explain why the driver was going to get there late that evening. She keep me informed of what was going on every hour. She was very apologetic and ask if it was OK for the driver to arrive later than anticipated. Everyone work to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend Brayan and All Terrain Auto Transport. I would rate them with 100% excellent in customer service and delivery.
