Fantastic Service under stressful situation

I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with the driver who picked up my vehicle in Queens in late January. He was such a wonderful guy - it's a stressful situation to hand over your car to someone and cross your fingers that the vehicle arrives on the other side of the country. He called the night before the pickup to arrange a time and place. His customer service was impeccable. Super friendly and really cared about doing a great job.
