this is the worst experience I had with car transport company. I started the process on March 27, 2014 with Nathan, everything was going smooth ; got a quote for $645.00 to transport the car from TX to AZ, was told that I have to pay any extra money. Signed a contract for $645.00, was told that this was door to door service. I kept in contact with Nathan, but then I didn't hear from him, so I called on May 9 to f/u as to why I haven't hear from the driver and I got Vanessa on the phone, I was told that Nathan was not longer there; I asked what happened to my order that wasplaced on a month ago, this is when the situation got worse, no one bother to f/u on my order. So, at the last minute, since they dropped the ball they were struggling to find a driver, when they founnd one, they wanted to charge me an additional $50.00 because they driver needed to go out his way to pick up the car. The driver didn't need it to go out his way because he was coming from Corpus Christy, and then he was going to Dallas and in order for him to go to Dallas he needed to go by my subdivision. Prior to the driver arriving, he asked if I can meet him a truck stop to deliver the car in order for him to loaded into his truck..when the car arrived in Phoenix, the driver asked for $500.00 instead of $450.00 because once again Shawna dropped the ball and never told the driver that heonly needed to collect $450.00 as per agreement. Of to this date, I am still dealing with Shawna to refund my $50.00, I call every day to see we are and everytime I call she is always stating that she is taking care of my refund, but she is not, then she promised that she will call back in about 15 minutes and she never does. I will call again today to see what she has to say.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DON'T STICK TO THE CONTRACT THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED ONLINE. ROSA TREVINO

This is in response and our side to your review You reserved your order with us on 07/17/2014 at 2:33 pm,for first available date 5/12/2014 on 05/09/2014 2:00pm we assigned a driver and forwarded the conformation for pick up on 5/12/2014 and delivery 05/15/2014 the driver pick up and delivered the vehicle Your deposit was tendered at the time the driver was assigned as per our contractual agreement. We provided you with excellent service and communication, Nathaniel and Shawn is no longer working for our company and Vanessa was helping you when I Michelle was talking with you, as you told we that the driver charge you $50 more I refund your card that moment when you still on the phone with me. we did stick to our contract you did pay $645 $145 to us and $500 to the carrier we didn't lies just change of employee in our company we are doing that 5 years and as you see the last bad review was all for Shawn that work here two week and did a big mess and I have to let her go right after I spoke with you this is not the way we do business my apology on your bad expires with our company but I did toke care of it right a way.
