Steven, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We do the best to accommodate any time frames that we are given. Once you set up a reservation, we contact all the carriers in the area to find out if the load date coincides with the customers request to have the vehicle shipped. We also verify the dates with customers to make sure it is approved before we dispatch. This is why we do not charge a deposit until the vehicles have been assigned to a driver. Once we assign a carrier, we also email you the driver's direct contact information so that you may call them and arrange the time with them. We apologize that the car was not picked up on the date you requested. We honestly have no control over the incidents that driver's experience on the road. We do the best we can to provide quality transportation.
