I received a very reasonable quote on transporting my car from CA to Upstate NY but on the day before my departure/move and pick up of my car I still hadn't received a definite confirmation as to what time my car would be picked up....Needless to say I was in a very stressful situation and when I spoke with my contact person to find out that they still hadn't gotten anyone (transport) to take my car I went "over the deep end".
Contact person kept assuring me that it will happen but I had airplane tickets to leave Tuesday evening and needed my car to be gone......After many calls and hours later they finally told me that they got someone to pick up my car but not until the day after I left. Luckily I had a neighbor who would take care of this for me.....On the day of my departure I then found out that my car was going to be picked up that evening....And indeed it was. I gave this company a good rating because everything finally worked out BUT what I was put through was horrendous....Just added more stress to a very stressful situation. My car arrived dirty but in okay condition....also 11 days to get here but luckily I was not in a rush to have it here. Communication once car was taken by Quality Transport was not good but the driver was a very nice person.

Even though the situation was a little stressful we are pleased that everything worked out smoothly.We are truly sorry to hear that you were stressed out but we thank you for your patience and understanding in regards to the fact that sometimes these things do take time due to various factors.We do request a three day window in which we try to assign a driver and your order remained within that time frame.
