My minivan broke down near Indianapolis on the way home from dog shows in St Louis to Detroit. When it got referred from the local shop to a dealer and it started looking like a major repair was necessary, we decided to rent a minivan to get home and then get my vehicle home later. I had never shipped a car before and was bombarded with options, narrowed it to 3 and picked All States, which had the lowest of the "average range" bids and solid reviews. I liked how the company takes time to comment on the good as well as the bad reviews, to me that shows they take customer satisfaction seriously. Jean handled my order, I needed to get it out of Indianapolis within a week, she said it would probably be 3-4 days to find a dirver, then called me an hour later to say a driver could pick it up the next day and deliver it a day later! I wasn't present for either the pickup or delivery, but all went well and my van is fixed, at a much lower price than the dealer in Indy quoted me to even diagnose it. All is well, and I thank All States for helping me get back home.
