Overall I am happy with all state car transport service. I loaded my car on truck 3 days after I singed the contract. Usually with standard rate your car will be loaded within 10 days after 1st available date but for me this happens much faster.
The only problem I had ( and I am not sure if this is related to the all state company or the driver) was changing the plan in the last minute. The driver told me he will pick up my car at 7:00 morning and I had a flight at 12:00. But driver called again and said the plan has been changed (since he had found another car to pick up) and he will pick up my car at 11:00. I explained to him that I have a flight to catch at 12:00 and I'm not available but he did not change his plan.
I had to drive 25 miles from San Jose to a nearby city to load my car the night before my flight. Apart from that I had to pay $50 to the taxi driver to go back to San jose.
Other that this, everything was fine.
