THEY LIED TO THIS SERVICE AND STATED THAT I WAS NOT A CLIENT OF THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD A BROKER FEES OF $100.00. THEY TRIED TO HAVE THIS REVIEW REMOVED
BAD SERVICE OVER ALL. THEY CALL YOU CONSTANTLY TO GET YOU TO SIGN THE CONTRACT ONCE THAT IS DONE YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN. TRIED TO CALL HIM SEVERAL TIME ABOUT THE PICKUP OF MY HUMMER AND LEFT HIM NUMEROUS VOICEMAIL ABOUT THE STATUS. HE NEVER RETURN THE CALL AND IF YOU REACH HIM BY ACCIDENT HE WILL SAID HE WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK WHICH HE WON'T. MY CONTRACT WAS SIGN ON MAY 5 AND SCHEDULE TO PICK UP ON MAY 10TH WHICH THEY NEVER DID. THEY NEVER CALL WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO PICK UP. THEY FINALLY PICK UP THE CAR ON MAY18TH AFTER I WANT TO CANCEL AND HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THIS JOB. THEY SAID IT WOULD ARRIVE ON FRIDAY THE 18TH. (LIED TO ME AGAIN) THE CAR FINALLY ARRIVED ON MAY 25TH WITHOUT LET ME KNOW ATLEAST THE TIME AND THEY WANTED MORE MONEY FROM $850 IT WENT UP TO $1025. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND FRAUDULENT ON THEM. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EVERYBODY SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM. IF THEY CALL JUST HANG UP THE PHONE AND RUN. BAAAAADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD BUSINESS PEOPLE.

We completed our investigation and the charge is considered to be valid. We have contacted the merchant on your behalf on 06/16/10 at 561-368-9444 and spoke with Monica. Monica advice they are a brokerage company and do not bill until they find a driver for which the service order was done on 05/05/10 and driver was located 05/16/10 for which they bill the $100.00 deposit .Also Monica stated the driver picked up your vehicle on 05/19/10 form Boca Raton FL. and deliver to Long Beach CA. Based upon the information provided by the merchant, we have no recourse to pursue credit on your behalf. You may contact the merchant at the phone number listed above to discuss this matter further.
At this time this charge has been removed from dispute as we have concluded no billing error has occurred. The disputed amount will appear on your next billing statement and be included in the balance on that statement. Please follow the instructions for payment on your statement.
