I had hired another company to transport my Jaguar but they took my money and never contacted me nor did they return my phone calls and everytime I called I was put on hold I was getting quite desperate and talked to Hector at All State he was wonderful he worked with me to get my car moved and he answered his phone or returned my phone calls. Do not believe transport companies that tell you they own their own trucks they don't Hector did not lie to me he told me how the transports worked and they are only brokers. He did not want money until the car was picked up and everything was fine he even called me to make sure the car was delivered. I have to also give special thanks to Jason the truck driver there were all kinds of problems with getting the car moved and he helped take care of everything since I was in another state at the time.
