I have dealt with many car transportation companies and this one was by far the best hands down.
After getting a run around by another comapany I choose to go with this one for some reason and I am so glad I did. Hector was very honest and up front. He went out his was to right the wrong of another company as well.
With my car goign from Texas to New York I knew it may take tiem for it to be picked up by a carrier but it after confirming me order with Hector (and getting rid of the other company) it took about 2 days for them to find a carrier to get my car, which was fast timing. They also gave me the contact information as well as the company the carrier worked for. I was able to call him and talk to him personaly not a "dispatcher".
The thing I liike most about the company is that they will not take your money first. They contract your vehicle to a carrier before taking your money. They do the service first!
