OUTSTANDING communication and service. Michael is the man! Knows the business and kept in constant contact until my vehicle was on the truck. All State came through in a timely manner after 2 others failed. They know their business and price the load fairly. The driver, Rudy is on top of his game. Good communication and outstanding performance. I WILL use this company in the future!
First company promised the moon, including a low price and gas voucher, and once the got my deposit, all communication stopped. Second company never took a deposit, but failed to produce results. Had I given them a deposit, they'd have been rated accordingly, like the first company.
Do your homework. There is something to be said for a 5-STAR rating. They're proud of it and are willing to go the extra mile to maintain it. ALL STATE IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!
