Better than expected

This was the first time I had a vehicle transported. I was concerned and had no idea what to expect. I worked with Michael Laughman at All-State carriers. He was very friendly and professional. My F-150 had no reverse and I thought this would pose a problem, but Michael assured me it was not a problem. I did not need a specific time for pick up, so I assumed it would take a while. The vehicle was stored at my Mom's house so no problem. The day after I signed the contract the driver called my Mom and said he would pick up the vehicle in two hours. This was great!!! He picked up the vehicle as promised and I received my F150 the next afternoon! I was contacted 3 hours before delivery so I had plenty of time to arrange to be there. Truck was in excellent condition. Definitely recommend All-State!!!!!
