After reading lots of negative stuff on the web, I was pretty concerned about this process, as it was my first time transporting a car. I got many quotes, and had several conversations with various sales people. For some reason I felt confidence in John. His bid wasn't the lowest at $675, but it wasn't hugely higher than the lowest. When I committed with a small deposit, they immediately got a driver, and I was put in direct touch with the driver, at which point I knew things would work out well. The driver delivered the car on the earlier side of his ETA. What more could I ask? I would use them again, and I would recommend them. Sorry for everyone who has a horror story, but my experience was quite pleasant, except for the angst caused by all the negativity out there.
