I placed an order with Nick at All State to move my car from MA to CA. I explained how important it was that I have it picked up on May 7. He confirmed that this would be the day. The day before the driver called to say it would be the 8th. On the 7th he called to say it would be the 9th and asked me to meet him in a parking lot 25 minutes from my house on Mother's Day. I said that I would not do that and cancelled with him

Never was a call that I made to All State returned when things went badly. I must have called and/or emailed them a half dozen times for help and NOT ONCE did they return my call. I did get someone on the phone one time who said they would look in to it and get back to me. They never did. After that no one ever even answered the phone. Needless to say they kept the deposit.

A truly bad experience. I highly adivse you to stay away from this company.
