As per my conversation with Donnie, everything he said happened. I first chose a different company for a lower price, and my car never got picked up. I spent 5 days trying to contact the company and they kept giving me a cold shoulder. That is when I called Donnie back , and he helped me transport my car. He also explained to me that I could dispute the charge to my card, which I did. I got my deposit back through the dispute, and then transported my car using All State Carriers.
From the time of pick up to the time of drop off Donnie stayed on top of my transport, and made sure everything worked out successfully. If only I had listened to him sooner and saved the headache of going with the wrong company, I would have saved myself both time and hassle.
I recommend All State Carriers and Donnie in particular.
