Of course, after setting up a pickup of a car on stand-by delivery, I found the review. Thank you Ohio for having credit card laws able to contest fraud billings. Their 1 to 10 business days turned into nearly a month. Their excuses, they thought they already took care of it, a trip, out of the office, I'll call you in 10 minutes and then they stopped answering their phones. Non-existant customer service and even worse business practices. I have to find someone else now to ship the car, and hopefully the next person will read the reviews about ALLSTARS AUTO TRANSPORT.
