I thought I was moving to California and called to have my car shipped. I was told by Steve that if my plans changed I would get a refund. My plans fell through immediately and I called for the refund. I never received the refund. I sent an email and Lisa responded stating that I would get it in 2 weeks. I got nothing. I sent another email and Lisa said she would check into the matter. Still nothing. I have sent several more emails for someone to just tell me something. Refund or no refund, just please tell me something. I would recommend to the public to NEVER use this company.
