They are thieves, cheats and liars. The rudest people I ever come in contact with on planet earth. Initially they gave me a quote to ship my car for $399 and a time frame of roughly 4 days after my request was made. A week went by, 2 weeks and I didn't here from these fools. Then I called and the staff Lisa was full of excuses why they couldn't ship my car as promised. She promised shipping would be done the following week. That week came and went. I called again and the same Lisa as usual full of excuses said the next week she promised to ship my car. Now we are in the third week and I am feeling disappointed and then I started looking for another company where the staff treated their customers with respect and some urgency. I called Lisa this third week and told her what the issue was and that I wanted to cancel the transaction and she said this time she would ship my car not $399 as arranged initially but $599. I told her not to bother because I found another company to ship my car for less. She said she would go a heard and refund my money. Lisa knew which company I signed to pick up my car and what date and time this new company would be picking up my car so she sent her own driver to show up as the carrier that was suppose to pick up my car. Lisa never cancelled my transaction as requested, she never refunded my money as requested. She sent her driver to pick up my car without my acknowledgment and charged me more than double $650.00 plus I already paid another company to ship my car on that same date. In short I an really pissed. I have reserved legal action on there thieves. This woman Lisa deserves a place in hell fire. She is the most evil witch I ever encountered. In short she is a sad excuse for a human being. Lisa's other male colleague was also very rude. Twice he hung up the phone on me. This company is run by a bunch of douche bags that don't deserve to manage a public enterprise. Please don't use these people. they are evil to the last degree.
