I totally agreed with other reviewers - Sarah and Tom. I dealt with the same sales person Brad Taylor. Just like Sarah described he was very pushy and unprofessional rude. I had shipped my car before but never had any horrible experience with the sales person that I dealt with. Brad Taylor gave me such a low quote like $250 less than other company. I was reluctant because unbelievable price usually dictates bad business. So I did my research by going to this website to read their reviews. It looks good with all the 5 stars rating, so why not. I picked up the phone and call to find out more about their services. Brad seems like he didn't want to answer my questions or reveal how his company do business. He bluntly talk to me in a rude way and very pushy. If you don't say yes you want to do business with him or give him your credit card # before you can ask him questions, he will just hung up on you. Because the price was cheap and reviews was 5 stars rating, i put everything behind and decide to hire them. He charged me $299 deposit before he can find me a driver. He didn't notify me that he has found a driver for me. I found out because the truck driver call me directly that he can come to pick my car up or not. I then called Brad to verify. Shocking to find out that the price I suppose to pay $300 upon delivery is now become $700, a freaking $400 jack up. That would make the price going from $599 to $999. I was horrified so i told him i wanted to cancel my order and want to refund my deposit.. He started to yell and freaking hung up the phone on me. I was so upset with how unprofessional he is so I go ahead and order service with another company. I'm still fighting to get my refund back. I'm disputing with my credit card. If not work i will try another route through BBB. Bottom line is that beware of all of these 5 stars rating. Those 5 star may be rated for another sales person. Should you decide to go with this company, my advice is that DO NOT DEALING THROUGH BRAD TAYLOR! Make sure keeps all your copy of final receipt (ask for pdf copy), and documents should you have to dispute with them.
