I've shipped before, and in my past experiences it was horrible. The people who contact you in reference to the quotes, are all yes men. They tell you what you want to hear to just leave you on the board, with no communication whatsoever. I was surprised with the way they followed up with the order. I received a welcome call and they provided statuses for my order. I was very happy to finally find a broker who is honest and tells me how it is, instead of feeding me lies and trying to bump me at the last minute. They did everything in their power to help me move my vehicle in a timely, and efficient manner; at a realistic price that actually moved my vehicle. I will most definitely used them again in the future!
