I wish I had known about this site. My sister & I contacted them because they provided one of the lowest quotes. Tom totally duped us into believing that payment had to be made when a driver was assigned. A driver from Buffalo Truck Lines picked up the vehicle & then returned it. The contract they had showed payment upon delivery of the vehicle while our contract was paid in full. Payment was made the beginning of June - it is now July & the vehicle has not been moved. Tom is not returning ANY calls, emails or fax requests. I have 3 different phone numbers for them & as of a few days ago, one of the numbers is no longer in service. We are now faced with the possibility of suing in small claims court. Meanwhile, more money has to be spent to transport the vehicle. I would suggest if you see their name - RUN AWAY FAST!
