When I was first contacted by allday, Tony was the guy I got on the phone. I have never shipped a car before so I was not very knowledgable and Tony gave me all the information I feel I needed to make an informed decision to ship my car. Once I scheduled the pickup date a week later Aubry called and let me know that they had a driver but there was going to be a $50 fuel surcharge that the driver wanted to ship the car. Tony had told me it might happen and when it did I was not surprised so I said OK with me. I got the number for the driver and called him to schedule the time for pickup. The driver showed up, loaded my car and told me he would see me in about 9 days. I got a call from the driver in 7 days and said he would be at my house tomorrow to deliver my car. He called 3 hours before delivery with my car and to my pleasure the car had been washed before delivery. He told me this is not normal but the car had gotten dirty so he had it washed for me.

Great experience. the price was not the cheapest or the most expensive I had recieved but I just felt I was told the truth and felt comfortable talking to Tony. I will use allday again when I ship my car back to Florida.
