HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

I was referred to All Day Auto Transport and what a NIGHTMARE. I called to schedule an arrangement and I was quoted $880 (including the $150 deposit) and the salesman stated that it would be picked up in a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks and a few weeks turned into NEVER.

Mind you, I gave them plenty of notice about my shipment and NOT ONCE did I receive a phone call from them (without me having to call first) updating me on my car shipment status. I called every. single. time. To the point where I didn't even have to state my name to the RUDE customer service representative because she knew my voice from calling so many times.

I am a young adult, who moved 2,000 miles away from Michigan to California for an internship for the summer. Not having my car and not having any answers was awful. I had to spend $350 to rent a car for two weeks because they didn't ship my car on time. Apparently when they quote you a 'low-ball' price they don't have any driver that will accept it, so BEWARE. I received phone calls (after me calling them first, of course) stating that they found a driver but he wanted $100-400 MORE than what I was quoted and what I SIGNED A CONTRACT for. And of course, it was in the fine print...go figure, @$$holes!

They must only employ one customer service representative as well, because I spoke to her every single time and she was EXTREMELY rude. Attitude, not returning phone calls, you name it.

So finally I cancelled and went with another company who picked up my car THE VERY NEXT DAY and had it delivered BEFORE the scheduled delivery date. Woww! Was that so hard All Day Auto? But of course, they received $90 of my money because also in the fine print - it states that they will retain $90 of your $150 deposit if you decide to cancel. So BEWARE of that as well.

What really nerves me is that even after I sent an email confirmation to cancel the order, I still received a phone call today from their dispatcher stating 'We have a driver for you but he requests $100 more'. REALLY?! I cancelled my order! But to no surprise, I still haven't received my $60 refund yet (it had been 2 weeks) so I called to ask them about that. The customer service wench (same one as before) put me on hold for a while and during that time the dispatcher called me again, so I decided to answer. I then proceeded to tell her that I cancelled my order but still hadn't received my refund yet. She put me on hold and then came back to tell me that I should received it in 5-7 days. Apparently, the dispatcher knows more than the customer service rep.

Ay yi yi. What an AWFUL company. The Fortune 500 company I work for and one of the top graduate schools in the U.S. that I attend will be informed NEVER to utilize All Day Auto.

We had about 5 carriers that wanted to pick up Kandace and she declined them all. Some of the carriers wanted an extra $200 or $300 but even one that requested only a $50 fuel surcharge due to her location being off route for this driver was declined. We kept her informed the entire way and we refunded her 10 days ago as per her contract.We wish Kandace the best in her future endeavors with her fortune 500 company.
