A broker not really an outotransport service

Had my car transported thru this company and trusted them that they will handle everything in professional manner. They were good at marketing, so professional sounding on the phone.However, we got our car late and noted that there were dents allover the back of our car like something must have hit it bad and this we noticed when the delivery guy left .So we contacted Alldayautotransport thinking they can help us since they were the ones who got this company to transport our car and help our problem..but instead i was just told to call the company that actually transported our car(Which we don't even know where on earth they are located)..Don't be fooled, this company(ALLDAYAUTOTRANSPORT) is just a Broker and that you will only know at the time they will get their brokers fee .They do the flowery talk to get you to contract them. Quick on contacting you ,quick on assuring you that your car will be delivered fine with insurance and blah.Blah blah!and QUICK to collect their brokers fee... And QUICKER in telling you to contact whoever drove/or delivered AND NOT THEM when anything happened to your car on the way.. They contract companies that can't even be traced in the internet and are not registered in BBB.If you know of a REAL Auto transport companyss where you are DIrectly making busine with, then you are in a better deal than this. For my case they used Monzon Auto Transport LLC from New jersey which for BBB has already closed under another name and this NAME is not even in Better Business Bureau list.
