Paid fees to be ripped off

I contacted All day Auto Transport on 3/21/11 to set up shipping my 2001 Mazda Miata MX 5 convertable to Utah. I spoke to Tiago, the sales person whom done up the contract. I had told him the car would be available for pick up on 3/24/11, and that I was moving to Utah on the 11th of April, so I needed the car picked up before then. A week had gone bye and I hadnt heard anything so I had called Tiago. He had me speak to dispatch about it, and they said it was posted. A week and a half later I still hadnt heard anything from anyone, so I called All Day Auto Transport again. This time nobody answered the phones. It didnt matter whos extension I tried. I left several messages for them to call me back, and no call back. By this time I had noticed on the contract that Tiago had put the wrong date for pick up. He had put 4/24/11. That is this Sunday coming and Easter at that. I had even left on the messages that the date was wrong and still nobody called me back. This is still posted on the wall for the drivers to see, and because of it I cant get my car transported. My car now sits in Florida with a for sale sign on it and I am here in Utah with no car. I called them again today wanting the posting off the board and a full refund because of there mistake. Of course I had to leave a message because nobody answers the phones to help you. I still have not got a call back. I now have to contact my credit card company to get my money back from them. I do not recomend doing any kind of business with this company unless you have lots of money to throw away, and you really dont need your vehicle.

Our outstanding record speaks for it self. The few complaints we do have in the 2 years we've been in business only legitimize the other 150+ positive reviews. Which is only a small percentage of the 400+ customers we ship every single month. The customer was refunded as per her contract and we wish her the best in all future endeavors.
