We are sorry that the customer feels this way. The truth of the matter, which he doesn't mention in his review is that his vehicle was delivered at the agreed price. Regarding timing there are not always carriers available to cover a particular route and we kept the customer informed throughout the whole process. UPPER MANAGEMENT
