First I want to commend JP Auto Transport, Inc. for the professional manner in which they picked up, transported, and delivered my 2010 Cadillac SRX. The company is small but staffed with people who know their jobs and perform them to customer satisfaction. Their equipment is clean and professionally maintained, plus the driver used the utmost caution is loading and unloading the vehicle. I would not hesitate to use or highly recommend this company to anyone.
Secondly I would like to give kudos to Justin Brain and his staff for the way they walked me through the shipping process. All of my concerns were answered promptly and telephone calls and emails were answered immediately. These folks know the auto shipping business and their track record speaks for itself. Five star operation from beginning to end.
I have to add: I for the first time bought a new automobile from an out of state dealer, and have never shipped a vehicle before. I spent many hours on the internet reviewing ratings for both the brokers and shippers. My choice was made easy by the first email I received from Justin. His price was not the lowest but he provided me the information about setting rates and how shippers select the vehicles they want to transport. This company, All Day Auto Transport Inc., is a cut above the rest and they are totally worthy of the high marks I have provided. Don't bother looking at the rest, ship with the Best!!!
