The experience of the transaction and customer service from the order place, vehicle pickup and delivery was beyond my expectations. I placed the order on a saturday with Jim who provided excellent customer service, he took the time to explain how the transport process works in details, he was very honest, professional, courteous and he expedited the order in the most convenient, trouble free and affordable way. I placed the order on a saturday and my car was picked up the very next day! the driver called that saturday evening to confirm the pickup time. Meeting Dave was very pleasant, I felt at ease that my car would be safe and he would do a fenomenal job in shipping it safely. Indeed, Dave delivered my car in just 5 days! not only was the delivery super fast, Dave kept in touch with me during the course of the transport and let me know what city he would be driving by and the timeframe he expected to deliver the car which I thought it was fantastic because I worried about my "baby" and knowing the weather in different cities, Dave was superb providing me with information the whole time. When my car arrived I was so happy and Dave had delivered it door to door! as expected but he parked the car as well I did not have to do anything but to complete the financial transaction. The car was the exact same way I gave it to Dave on the pickup day! Overall, I was very impressed with the pickup/delivery, I was impressed about the staff, professionalism, expedition service, ease of transactions, the phone call I received by Nicky right after my car was delivered to see if everything was okay and how was my car and service. I strongly recommend this company! you won't be dissapointed, be sure to ask for Jim "he is very cool". My rating is the highest and well deserved to this great company. Good luck to everyone cheers!
