All of my correspondence with Daniel was satisfactory. He is reachable by phone or email and answered all my questions. When the original quote wasn't appealing to drivers, he was honest with me about needing to increase my cost. The only thing is I made it very clear that I needed my car to arrive ON a particular date, and while he told me he really couldn't control what happens after the car gets picked up, I felt he should have stressed very strongly to the company that had the driver that this job had a non-negotiable delivery date. I would rather have rescheduled the whole thing for the following week than find out the day before I was expecting my car that it would be a day late. I don't fault Daniel for the company's lateness, the drivers/dispatcher at AY trucking are entirely to blame. So being that this review is for All Day Auto, I am saying they were dependable and I would use them again. But if they get you a driver from AY Trucking, I suggest you decline and wait for another driver. The drivers told me they were never told I needed the car on that date, which is either a lie or their dispatcher was negligent. This required me to change all my plans and get the car in a different city than where I was supposed to receive it. I was also without a vehicle on a day that I needed it for business and important errands, resulting in extra costs for finding rides everywhere. I realize there are issues that may come up on the road requiring plans to change, but people who are flying in somewhere or relocating for a business contract have more specific timelines and if the truckers can't guarantee a delivery date, then they shouldn't accept those types of jobs in my opinion. Also, I was never informed of the change in plans... I only found out when I called the driver to ask him who to make the check out to.
