Horrible, do not use….They gave me a quote for transporting a wood chipper from MS to CA. Gave them my credit card for booking and waited for pick-up date, explaining I would have a $4000 penalty if not picked up within 10 days. 7 days later, the agent stopped taking my calls. Called the main office who promised they’d get right back to me…silence. I’m screwed now. I’m trying to find another shipper ASAP, and have to pay extra now for rush service. I’m furious! They left a message on my Google review saying they’d get right back to me. Ive heard nothing. They are liars!
