Gary at All Day Auto Transport handled the transporting of my Honda CRV from San Diego, CA to Carrollton, Texas which is near Dallas, Tx. Picked up on Friday afternoon by ADZ Transport and delivered Monday at 7:30 pm. The car was delivered ahead of schedule. Car arrived in 3 days. Driver called in advance to let me know the delivery time, then called when he arived about two miles from my home.
He offered to deliver at my home. Instead I met him in a large parking lot so he could unload the car safely and not on neighborhood street. This was more convenient for everyone. Driver was very nice, no hidden charges, and car was in same condition as when shipped. I was very pleased with ADT's service. A big thanks to everyone for their help.
Tips that might make the transaction easier: when the driver gives you his contact number you may have to call it twice, because he may be unable to pick up before the call goes to voicemail, which he has probably not set up. If you live in a residental area that is not convenient to drive a large transport truck through, they may come and pick it up at your location, and then take it to a safe place to load. In large cities, like San Diego and Dallas this is normal.
