DISHONESTY and Lack of Communication

I Never write bad reviews and always look at the brighter side of the picture. But I have no hesitance in saying I had a horrible experience with AlldayautoTransport

I made an agreement with the company with confirmed invoice for about$1200 for shipment from NJ to CO. This was in July giving the company ample time to find drivers and arrange for the transportation of my FORD EXPEDITION. The original delivery date was for September. I was told to get in touch with the company 7-10 days before the pickup. I have been calling the company almost daily for the last 7-10 days and was told not to worry and that the car will be shipped.Today 4 days before I start my new Job in CO, I was called and told I would have to pay $2500 if I wanted the deal to be honored or else I will have the car delivered to a diff location which is 4.5 hours away from the original destination. I was told the car only can be delivered within 4 days to this different location otherwise I can wait for atleast a month or even more until they find another driver. On telling them I will be working all week and am thus unable to receive the car that week since it was so far away, I was told that I will have to incur additional charges for the Storage of the car. This is shocking to me as never in my life have I dealt with a company which has A. Doubled its initial Quote. B. Forced me to collect it from a different location which is 4.5 hours away C Lacked remorse and instead counter blamed the customer to negligent. On communication of my frustration I was talked to in a very rude tone and told the deal was cancelled. I am in absolute disarray. I have written to the corporate office to seek clarification of this WILLFUL DECEIT and COMMUNICATION FALLOUT.

I strongly advice customers not to make any shipment arrangements with alldayautotransport. All they know is how to greet customers nicely on the phone. Their blindside is how nasty they can get once the deal is being cancelled. They shut the phone on my face during conversation. I hope this review is helpful for viewers. PLEASE HONESTLY dont subject yourself to working with them. I have to no option but to purchase last minute rental car and arrange for shipment from a different mover company.
