Worst customer service I have received in a long time. I was given incorrect information and critical information was not told to me. Without my knowledge or Authorization the pickup of my car was delayed as this company told the transport company it was ok to pick up several days late. I was told the cargo ship left twice weekly, Wednesday and Saturday, also false as it only left on Saturday. This resulted in my car arriving a week late and I had to pay for a rental. I had multipe emails to support this but when I made a complaint I was called a liar. Worst company ever, do yourself a favour use a different company.
