I received a call 2 days prior to my expected pick up day staring that my car wold be picked up that afternoon. Fortunately, that was not an issue. The driver communicated very well with me and the contact person on the delivery end. He told me someplace had leaked from the car above mine in transit but he took time to personally wash the car on arrival. He was very professional and courteous and professional.
