The carrier orbit auto transport picked up his car on time but broke down and was about a week late in delivering the car. For the inconvience we refunded this customers deposit and we got the driver to take $300 off the fee they charged. Again 95% of the time our carrier pick up and deliver on time but, sometimes this happens in our industry where the car hauler will break down, we spoke to the carrier and Roger every day the driver was late to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand why he was frustrated and we do everything we can to accommodate our customers when a driver is delayed ex. the $500 of savings he received as compensation for the delays of the carrier.
