I needed to have my 2009 BMW X5 shipped from Chicago, IL to Ft. Lauderdale, FL and contacted All Day Auto for a quote.

All Day Auto's quote right off the bat was lower than nearly every other estimate I received (other companies would try to quote me some ridiculous price and then when they realized I wasn't interested was willing to match whatever the lowest offers I had were - - to me, these kinds of companies are super shady and should be avoided at all costs). When I spoke with Nathaniel at All Day Auto over the phone to ask him some questions, he came across as exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. While other companies I spoke with needed a wide pickup and delivery window (without any pickup or delivery date guarantees), All Day Auto agreed to a 3 day pickup window for my car and was willing to GUARANTEE this delivery window and that my car would be delivered no later than 4 days later from the date of actual pickup (which I put in writing). The phone call sealed the deal for me that All Day Auto was the company to go with.

Within 24 hours, they had already identified the carrier that would be doing the actual transporting of my car. The transporting company was timely on the pickup (on the first day of my pickup delivery window) and delivered the car within 3 days without any damage. The driver was easy to get a hold of and was extremely courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. The car was dirty when it arrived in FL, but that's to be expected when you ship a car on an open truck some 1,500 miles.

Every step of the process was smooth, and I would definitely recommend All Day Auto to anyone else looking to have their car shipped.
