I was extremely nervous when it came to shipping my daughter's car from California to Pennsylvania. Kim, in customer service, was very patient with me and was available each time I called to make sure everything was on track. This company's rate was about $300 cheaper than any other company I contacted and I was told by another company looking for my business that you get what you pay for and to expect big problems. Well, I was called a week in advance as to when my car was being picked up and then again on the day of pick up. I was told that the delivery would take 7 to 10 days. It was delivered in 7 days and this was during a holiday weekend! The driver even called when he was only going to be a half hour later than expected. My daughter will probably be going back to California next year and this is the first company I will call to transport her car.
