"WARNING" do not trust this company's word or written contract. I, like you looked at all the good ratings and compared them to the number of bad ones. Thought I would take the chance and hope for the best. What a mistake!! I was quoted $690.00 to move a 2002 Ford Excursion from California to Texas. Was told that $505.00 went to the driver. I questioned them about the very low price and was told that it was a good price and there would be no problem getting the vehicle picked up between 1 and 5 days. Seven days later, I was told that the Excursion is a "huge" vehicle and I needed to raise the price to get it picked up. I then was told that a driver agreed to pick it up for $950.00 (total $1,150.00). The transport driver was to pick up the vehicle on monday Aug. 09,2011 (contract signed July 29) . Well you guessed it, the vehcile was not picked up, no phone call and All Day Auto Transport knew nothing about it when I called. As far as the worthless written contract. It stated that after 10 business days, you can cancel the contract and get a full refund if a truck has not been dispatched. When I cancelled my contract, I was told by the manager that he wiould not refund my credit card because a truck was dispatched. I informed him that the truck never picked up the vehicle. He advised it didn't matter, it was dispatched. In other words, you can never get a refund due to the fact that they will always tell you a truck was dispatched. Who cares if it ever gets picked up and delivered. Filed a complaint with credit card copmany, BBB and the Florida attorney Generals office. All they had to do is refund the credit card as per the contract stated after the 10 business days.
