While I have no issue with the original contact of this company, I feel that they low balled the quote knowing that I would not get a shipper. I checked with BBB AFTER I contracted, which is my fault-they have many complaints. And I did not look at this site until AFTER- big mistake. He told me he could get a shipper for $100 more than the original quote. That was unacceptable. This company is known for low balling quotes. When I contacted them with my concerns of not being picked up for the quoted price the owner was verbally abusive and very unprofessional telling me that I had no idea how this process works ( I do-I've shipped my car plenty of times) as well as how he could not force someone to accept my shipment. He put me on hold- which was putting the phone down on his desk and ranting and raving (while I listened) about how unhappy I was with him "trying his hardest to make me happy!" Very unprofessional! I was more unhappy with his ranting than with almost anything else. What a jerk!!
The actual shipper was a very nice guy and he was embarrassed that the company behaved like that.
All in all I had to pay an additional $50 to get my cars.
I would never use this company again- PLEASE DON'T USE THEM-THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

We apologize to Gina that the only carrier in the area was requesting an extra $50 to ship her car which we called her and asked if she would like to go with this carrier or have us keep looking for a cheaper option. She agreed to the new price and her car was delivered as she stated. Calling us a scam isn't very fair considering her car was shipped at an agreed price. Also the few complaints we do have only legitimize the other 220 plus 5 star reviews in our almost 2 years in business.
