I originally contact them and they say they're gonna charge $175 deposit or broker fee. Fine, but I was charged $200 instead. I called and asked for the $25 back and they told me they'll do it but they never.
I then have a bad feeling about the company and decide not to ship with them. I called and ask for cancel the service and tell them I don't want to ship it anymore. They said OK they'll gonna cancel it and then they soon finish the dispatch process and assign a driver to pick up my car the next day after I ask for cancellation. That day is ONE MONTH EARLIER than my scheduled date!!! What the hell is that?
I am tired of the obvious fraud and lie they used and tried to dispute my credit card payment. They show the credit card company that they have finished their job and assigned a driver. I am still arguing with the credit card company and it's not promising because they have the documents to show that I approved for the charge.
Please don't do business with this company. They simply just lie and don't do anything you ask for.
