the customer was aware that there was a 3-5 day window for pick up ,the car was dispatch for pick up one day before his first available for the price that was quoted ,we contacted the customer and he said he did not want the car pciked up because he wanted to finish details on it ,a could not release ,we went and alocated another driver .the driver went to pick it up and the customer did not advice us that it was lifted .we tried everything to satisfy the customer .in the end the customer did not want to wait to more days for another driver and we went and did as the customer wanted and refunded his deposit
