I have to first say that everyone has been very polite. That being said this fiasco has still cost me cash $500.00 so far in lost revenue. The cost of now having to send a pick up and trailer after the vehicle and poor customer satisfaction from my customer. I was told that the vehicle would be picked up on Monday here it is Thursday. I am supposed to deliver the vehicle today for the customer to go on vacation. I received cheaper bids but was assured that this would meet my time table. It has not and I am now out of time and what was supposed to cost me $895.00 will now cost over $1500.00 because of promises not kept. I have written to autoshipping.com but no reply.
