These thieves sent me a contract on April 13th promising me that my daughter's vechile will be picked up from Meza Arizona within 10 days. 10 days cam and gone, no car and yet they tried to hassle me for $250 because they could not get a carrier to transport my car for the original contracted cost of $750. I refused their generous offer snd asked for my deposit of $150 to be refunded since I fulfilled my contractual obligations. Mike Mendelson, dissappered from the scenc, and I was left to deal with some woman named Michele.
On Friday, MAy 7th, I received e mails from a woman named Amanda and a man named Anthony Roberts (my lawyer have the copies of the e mails) promising that my $150 wil be refunded within 3 - 5 business days. Like everyone else, I'm still waiting.
I have reported these people to BBB, and my attorney is looking into this as well. I'm open to anyone who wants to band together to make sure that these people DO NOT steal your hard earned $ and see to it that they pay for these crimes.
