This Company Relieved A Lot of Anxiety

We have a daughter who is a college senior in Ohio. We live in California. It was necessary for us to get a car to her ASAP. Her college and job were on the line without transportation. The person letting her use a car decided they were going to take it back on March 1st, 2017. My husband and I must have searched and read over 200 reviews from different transport companies. Most customers say the companies are scams and anything that could go wrong, went wrong. This company had good reviews, so we decided to go with them. They couldn't give us a definite date for pickup, but said it's usually 7-10 business days. On the 7th day we received a call from Alex, the driver. He said he would be at our home the next day from noon - 2 PM. About 3:30 PM. Alex called again and said he would be here within an hour. He showed up on time and was so polite. Any damage on the car was thoroughly documented. We gave him specific information regarding the pick up by our 21 year old daughter. To be honest, we were still unsure if the car would arrive quickly, or would it be 21 days, like so many other company reviews said. To our pleasant surprise, 5 days later, Alex called both my daughter and me to make pickup arrangements in Ohio. Alex made the pickup in a Walmart parking lot, which made this so much safer for my daughter who has no one in Ohio. We are so appreciative and happy with this experience. We will use them again in December, after our daughter graduates and can come home. Thank you, Alex and All American Trucking & Transport!
