All American didn't pick up my car on time due to truck broken issue and the weather condition. However, after a week of delay already, I was informed that the truck drive still needed 10 days to pick up my car. I could not wait that long because I had a baby due very soon. I understand the delay caused by weather issue, but I'd also expect the company to assist me to get my car as soon as they could. They told me they'd charge me additional fee to "expedite" the process (after the delay). After several negotiations, I unwillingly paid for the expedition fee. I felt unfair because it's like having to pay to reschedule airline ticket fee for delayed flights due to weather issue. I am not complaining about the weather problem but rather the way All American dealt with the issue which was very unsatisfactory.
Interestingly to note, I had a $200 discount originally which was reversed by the expedition fee. I wondered whether my discounted order was made or not. All America had me waste 2-week of rental expense.
