Read the contract and keep in mind that you're paying them to find you a transporter using their experience and volume of business to get the best deal. That means they don't have full control over exact pick up and delivery times. Luckily I sent a certified check ahead so my daughter had the money. I asked to have it delivered earlier rather than later if they had a choise so they were just complying with my request on the early delivery. The estimate was for the 11th; it was delivered the 7th. I didn't get much response to early emails sent 2-3 weeks prior to scheduled pick up- as soon as it came time to schedule and pick up, however, they were very responsive and kept me up to date. (Again, this is a high volume business and they make only a small portion of the fee so I wasn't surprised by this but it sounds from some of the other posts that the car owner's were.)
