On April 24, I was assured by Kim Foster that my car would be picked up on April 28 "no Problem". On April 26 I was assured by Kim that if I paid a little more, my car would be picked on April 28th "no problem". On April 28, I was assured by Kim that if I paid YET MORE MONEY, my car would be picked up on the 30th "no Problem". Should have realized that she meant that it was "no problem" for Kim! The absolute deadline for the car to be picked up from my sold house was April 30. I received an e mail on the 29th from All American saying that a driver had been assigned to me and would be contacting me shortly. All American would charge my credit card the $125 fee due when a driver took the job.At 9:15 PM I called Kim to say that I hadn't heard from the driver. She scolded me for calling so late and interrupting dinner with her children (!?) Not likely. She had used the excuse of a sick dog for not returning my calls on an earlier date. Kim said that she would contact the driver and he or she would get back to me immediately. It is 1:30 PM, April 30. Not a peep from anyone affiliated with All American Transport Company. Thank God for AA Automovers who were able to pick up my car today after I contacted them just this morning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
