I was extremely impressed with this service. I placed the order and within 2 days I had a driver.
The driver was very nice, contacted me every step of the way, and as a matter of fact, left me messages on my cell phone when I was at work as to where he was and when I could expect his arrival.
I truly don't know what issues others have had with this company, but I can tell you that I have used another company in the past, and they were no where near as knowledgeable or as friendly and courteous as these guys.
I will use again and I will tell everyone I know about this company.

The most impressive aspect to all of this was that my car came in an enclosed trailer. I was speechless.
