DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spoke with them about transporting my car from FL to AZ. They wanted a credit card number to hold until I signed a contract and a shipper was dispatched. They assured me that my card would not be charged until I returned a signed contract. I received the contract by email the next day, and after i reviewed it I declined it and sent it back with DECLINED written clearly on the signature line of the contract. I also asked that they send me verification that they had not charged my credit card and had destroyed the credit card information. I called to follow up and told them I had rejected the contract because it was too vague and because I had researched their company further and I didn't want to deal with them. Mike (interestingly, there are no last names to be found in any research I found on this company) wanted to argue with me about the reviews and the contract, and when I refused to argue with him he hung up on me. Several days later a charge appeared on my credit card for $175 dollars for their booking fee. this is in spite of my written and verbal instructions that I did not sign the contract, would not sign the contract, and wanted my credit card info deleted from their files. I spoke with Cheri in customer service, who assured me that my card would be credited the full amount within three days. The three days go by and no credit to my account appeared. I recontacted Cheri and she denied telling me my account would be credited and that she had referred it to their accounting department. I have never herd from them again. I disputed the claim with my credit card company and they are dealing with them I believe that the hoops they asked me to jump through were designed specifically to delay my contacting my credit card company so they could say i didn't dispute it on time. If you read other reviews for these guys you'll see the same pattern of ripping people off and then trying to delay the response so it looks like you were not timely. What a bunch of sleaze bags. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.
