I submitted my information into this automobile transportation website and within an hour Vivian gave me a quote. A few hours later she gave me a call, she was very professional, not pushy at all and her goal was to find out as much as she can to better service me.

At first I thought her quote was a little high cause a few companies gave me quotes for $625, $650, $695, $700. I read all the reviews for these companies and had the opportunity to talk to the brokers. They were very pushy, all men with an attitude, very unprofessional. One even posted my car on the board and claimed that I will be going with his company. I never agreed nor did I gave my credit card information to him. I found out from Vivian when I agreed to go with her company.

My car never made it to CA because a friend from work decided to purchase it. I told Vivian this and she was happy to cancel my order without any fees because I did it within 48 hours of the pickup date.

Vivian is very professional, she's honest and fallow through with emails and phone calls thus putting my mind at ease... these attributes is what made me go with her over two dozens company that contacted me. I would diffidently contact her if I needed my car transport.
